Teltrium would like to congratulate the SPEARS Team on their continued determination and vision in shaping the conversation about federal spectrum workforce development. On Monday, November 13, 2023, the White House released a Presidential Memorandum titled Modernizing United States Spectrum Policy and Establishing a National Spectrum Strategy, and the the Secretary of Commerce, through the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) released the called-for National Spectrum Strategy. Ideas and activities initiated by the SPEARS team were instrumental in the development of the fourth Pillar of this Strategy, “Expanded Spectrum Expertise and Elevated National Awareness.”
