We are seeking professionals with experience in satellite network operations and mission support, in an operational environment that is mission oriented. Knowledge of space mission operations, and customer-service and public-facing communications experience are preferred. The successful candidate will join the Strategic Operations team, with responsibilities including, but not limited to:
- Supporting clients in working with space missions to ensure network support meets expectations.
- Providing engineering and process support to facilitate meeting operational objectives.
- Evaluating complex network service challenges and communicate with customers and stakeholders regarding resolution / path forward.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics or similar technical field. Project Management Certification required.
Years of experience: 10+ years of experience. Graduate work can contribute to years of experience.
Work Authorization: Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
Role / Work Schedule
This is a full-time position with a requirement for on-site work at our Greenbelt, MD office.
