We are seeking energetic, innovative, and creative space nerds to join our growing team, who have experience or accredited college education in the following areas: 

  • Communications Systems Engineering: Interface definition and management; analyses and trade studies, end-to-end network performance, RF and baseband system/subsystem evaluation; system validation and verification; deliverables review and configuration management processes. 
  • Hardware/Firmware Engineering: Architecture definition of custom products and products based on commercial or opensource software frameworks; Development of algorithms and automation solutions using machine learning and deep learning technologies; Development of FPGA firmware.   
  • Software Engineering: Developing analysis and automation solutions built on machine learning and deep learning technologies; Design and development of custom tools to support customer needs including back-end analytical processing and front-end GUI development; Database development and maintenance; Documenting architecture and design. 
  • Knowledge Management: Analyzing technical or political processes to develop guidance, educational or outreach material for a range of technical and non-technical stakeholders; Audience and stakeholder analysis to support engagement activities; strategic planning, event and meeting support. 
  • Spectrum Analysis & Planning: System compatibility assessment amongst RF systems; modeling the spectrum environment to assess the probability of harmful interference to and from systems of interest; identifying technical and operational coordination to mitigate interference; spectrum architecture development and strategic planning; stakeholder engagement, domestic and international regulatory and coordination meetings support. 

Qualifications 

Minimum Education: Bachelor of Science. Relevant degree fields include Electrical, Aerospace, or Systems Engineering; Physics, Mathematics, or other similar fields.  

Years of experience: 0-15 years of experience 

Work Authorization: Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
